- Try to turn up the volume rocker on the side of your device.
- Check the volume sliders in your app settings inside the game.
- Try restarting your device by turning shutting it completely down then turning it back on again.
If you are using an iPad, we’ve noticed that sometimes if you mute your device from the side button and then go into your settings to change the side button function to lock the rotation; it will not allow you to unmute until you’ve gone back in to your settings and change the side button function to mute then slide the switch to unmute.
